Founder-built product · AI governance
From regulation to an operational governance platform.
Connecting AI-governance expertise, consulting method, product thinking, workflow design and technology direction.
The proposition
Make AI governance visible, accountable and usable—so teams can move from regulatory uncertainty towards evidence-backed readiness.

A fragmented operating problem
AI governance can become scattered across inventories, spreadsheets, policies, evidence folders and specialist interpretation. The challenge was to create a coherent delivery environment that helps organisations see what is in scope, what is known, where evidence is missing and what needs attention next.
Founder, product owner and governance lead
Spencer founded AI Act Ready and shaped the platform as a practical expression of the consultancy method. His role connected governance research, service design, requirements definition, workflow architecture, product decisions and technical direction.
Translating frameworks into work
The platform maps AI-governance delivery across ISO/IEC 42001 management-system principles and EU AI Act readiness areas. Guided tasks turn those reference points into discovery questions, accountable actions, evidence needs, risk records and review points.
Designing for a consulting engagement
The product is structured around real client delivery: project setup, assessment, risk and compliance mapping, remediation planning, implementation, validation and the final readiness pack. It supports the conversation and evidence trail without presenting itself as automated legal advice.
